May 24 Mud run, Ryan’s Farm, Barnesville, New Brunswick
365 Days a year, go by and we need to remember that we started learning photography because we found it fun. Remember to go out and have the fun! That being said, this weekend is the big May 24, Victoria day long weekend here in New Brunswick. Every year hundreds of people bring out their Jacked up cars, trucks, jeeps and buggies to challenge the Ryan’s Farm Mud holes and share in good old fashion crazy country fun. There will be mud, friends, music, BBQs and lots of noise. What exactly does all of this mean for photography. “PEOPLE!” there will be so much emotion. People getting their rigs stuck, beating the mud holes, drinking with friends, celebrating success for getting through the mud or defeat! Every one of these is an opportunity to capture pure human emotion.
As I am writing this we are climbing into the Jeep to head out. Stay tuned to see my photos from this event.
Will be back soon, hopefully mud covered and Camera full of fantastic photos.
